Welcome to Horace Mann High School.  We are proud to work with approximately 400 students in grades 9-12.  We hope everyone is enjoying their summer and is getting ready for a great school year.  We are excited to begin our year.  This year we have a couple of new course offerings including Oriole TV and Sports and Entertainment Marketing. We continue our partnership with Marine Credit Union and have a branch in the High School. Opportunities are available for employment-if interested please contact Mrs. Samantha Freimund.  Our Oriole Athletic Complex will have its first event on August 27th-"Black Out Night" where the Orioles will take on the Omro Foxes in a conference 7:00 p.m. opener.  We have new murals in our building and we are currently moving our school store to a bigger room.

This is the start of my sixth year as the Principal of Horace Mann High School.  My background includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and a Masters in Educational Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  I taught physical education at Oshkosh North and then was the Associate Principal and Athletic Director at Winneconne High School.  
During the past six years we've offered more advanced and elective classes and have raised our ACT scores each year. We are are small enough to be able to get to know all of our students and work hard at meeting each student's needs.
